Try it first

Slipway comes with a free trial of 14 days with every feature, so you can open your own courses and check that it does what you need before you pay.

Your first payment

If Slipway isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed.

Renewals

If your subscription renews and you don't want it, ask within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund that payment in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email dean@deanahlgren.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. Refunds are paid by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. When a payment is refunded, the license it paid for stops working.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email. Slipway keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
