Help with the app

Tell us whether you're on a Mac or Windows, which version of Slipway you have (About Slipway, in the Slipway menu on a Mac or the Help menu on Windows), and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps. Please don't send a course file unless we ask for one.

Your license

Choose License in the same menu to enter your key, check it again, or free up a computer with Deactivate This Computer. One license works on 2 computers. If a computer is lost or broken and you can't deactivate it, email us and we'll free it for you.

Billing

Your receipt email has a link to manage your subscription, update your payment details or cancel. You can also email us. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Downloads

The Mac and Windows downloads are coming soon. Email us if you'd like to hear when they're ready.

Who makes Slipway

Slipway is made by Ahlgren Media Group LLC, Kailua, Hawaii, USA. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.
